Middle School Athletes:

Expect high speed, high IQ drills, and training. You will play in daily scrimmages to test yourself against other good players.

Elementary Athletes:

Fine-tune your lacrosse fundamentals. You will learn the most important aspects of being a well-rounded lacrosse player and teammate. Fun games and drills are built in along with daily scrimmages to ensure you showcase what you've learned at the end of each day.
